Land Securities

Working with Land Securities has been really exciting... big challenges for the Two Bald Blokes meant potentially huge impact...

We designed a delegate-led simulation-based training programme to grow retail knowledge and awareness as well as develop core relationship building skills. We asked the team to consider not just what they do... but how they do it.

The programme objectives were as follows:

  • Improve knowledge and awareness of retailers
  • Develop skills required to build great relationships
  • Understand the business and the way we work together
  • Be able to better utilise the tools and information currently available

Devon Air Ambulance

We love working with this team. Everyone you meet cares passionately about the great work that this successful, independent charity does throughout the county.

We set their senior management team a challenge to understand how best to engage and manage their workforce of employed staff and volunteers. Could they be even better than they were?
