Challenge your thinking

Say what we see - As well as being a catchphrase from a 1980’s gameshow this phrase is fundamental in how we work. Too many consultants say what they think the client wants to hear. If you are forward thinking enough to go to the trouble and expense of employing a coach then you are probably up for a tough challenge and some fresh thinking. Please be aware that we will tell you if we think you’re being lazy or dim and we encourage you to tell us back.

Ask the difficult questions - we don’t believe everyone always has the answers locked away inside them. It’s a cliché and the soft option. So we challenge, prompt and guide to get you to where you want to be.

Coaching with us is never the easy option. We’ll ask you to confront the decisions you make, examine the way you operate and push you towards something better. It’s informal, fun but tough. If it helps we can put you in touch with other coaching clients. They’ll tell you how it is.

Take you out of your world - we want you to experience ‘Planet bald.’ So we will often take you out of the world you know and get you to experience business from a totally different perspective. Fresh thinking comes from fresh stimulation. So be prepared to see new things, experience new surroundings and see life as others see it. We have held some of our most successful coaching sessions in Court Rooms, Theme Parks and on football pitches... this stuff really works!
