Bald leadership is about principles. We believe principles are a mixture of behaviours and actions.
We take a pragmatic approach to leadership. We don’t believe that your world will come tumbling down if you don’t follow every principle every day. We don’t think that you will be a worse manager for not adhering to the key points.
What we do believe is that a desire to be great can become a reality if you follow some basic guidelines. These guidelines are our principles.

Our leadership principles are the things that we really believe in. For years we have been training out other people’s models. Some very good, some just ok. Bald Leadership is the product of many years of watching, listening and doing. It incorporates some of the best ideas we’ve seen and gives them a bald twist.
